Fine Art Painting
From looking at poems, by others or myself, the imagery of my fascination such as a peacock, the Nile filled with dead bodies, tea being poured, a Victoria secret model, is arranged. With a strong preference for the inanimate, I question the initial meaning of the image: repeating a fountain or an orange in an eclectic way, emptying the initial connotation, and bringing it on the verge of abstraction. Emphasising on subtle and tranquil details a place for contemplation emerges. Not as a way of escapism. But as a garden in a city, a still point, a mental space to come to.
